Lodha Altamount is a project of the Lodha Group and is situated at Altamount Road. This development is under Lodha Group’s Luxury Collection. Altamount road is ranked as the 10th most expensive street in the world. Lodha Group acquired the area from the US consulate for Rs 375 crore surpassing the bids made by Mahindra Lifespaces and TATA Housing.
