The Withoutestateagency.co.uk company was established in July 2016 (server started in November 2016) to enable selling or letting of estates without intermediaries and their commission. Our goal is to become the leading service provider in the number of closed deals between owners and tenants and the numbers of sold estates. We believe to bring transparency and simplicity to the market, speeding up the process by providing direct contact between the owner and applicant and last but not least saving time and money.
