Skyline on Brickell is a high-rise condominium tower located in the southern residential district of Brickell; itself a subsector of downtown Miami, part of Miami-Dade County, Florida. The structure is located on the west side of Brickell Avenue directly on Biscayne Bay. Notably, it is directly next door to the architecturally flamboyant Atlantis Condominium (north), and Bristol Tower condominium (South). The tower broke ground in April 2002 and was completed in late 2004.The building is 377 ft 11 in (115.19 m). (1~125 m) tall with 35 floors. Floors 3-35 are used for residential units. The building has a total number of 359 Units.
