KTNC-TV, virtual channel 42 (UHF digital channel 39 as of June 1, 2017), is a television station licensed to Concord, California, United States and serving the San Francisco Bay Area. The station is owned by NRJ TV LLC, as part of a duopoly with San Francisco-licensed KCNS (channel 38). KTNC and KCNS share transmitting facilities located at Sutro Tower in San Francisco.
It was the former Bay Area affiliate for Estrella TV until December 31, 2016. Currently, KTNC carries paid programming as well as programming from NTD.
