HBS Towers (Hindi: एच बी एस टॉव्हर्स) is an approved 301 metres (988 ft) 85 floors Twin Supertall residential skyscraper in Mumbai, India. The towers are located at the sea front in Worli, South Mumbai. Construction started in October 2015 and the towers are scheduled to be inaugurated in November 2020. Design of Skylink has been made by the Mumbai-based architect firm PG Patki as their most recognizable project in India to date, were designed as one of Mumbai’s tallest twin skyscraper. It would be constructed by Arab Construction Corporation and J+W Consultants and CBM Engineers will act as its structural engineer. It will stand on the Dr Annie Besant road, Worli near Worli sea face front.
The Skylink towers will achieve a LEED Gold rating for environmental sustainability from Green Building Council.
