Col. Jacob Lott Ludlow House is a historic home located at Winston-Salem, Forsyth County, North Carolina. It was built in 1887, and is a two-story, Late Victorian style rectangular brick dwelling with Queen Anne style influences. It features hipped and gabled roofs, a broad, wrap-around porch, and stained glass windows. It was the home of Jacob Lott Ludlow, Winston's first city engineer. It has been converted to a bed and breakfast inn.
It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.
