District 8 Jakarta is a mixed development complex of 11 towers at Sudirman Central Business District in South Jakarta, Indonesia. The buildings of this complex are, Treasury Tower, Eternity Apartment @ District 8, Infinity Apartment @ District 8, Residence 8 @ Senopati Tower A, Residence 8 @ Senopati Tower B, Residence 8 @ Senopati Equity Tower, District 8 Office Tower 2, District 8 Office Tower 3, District 8 Residential Tower 3 & District 8 Hotel/Residential Tower.Total land area of the complex is about 4.8 hectares. In addition there is a retail area of about 15.000 square meters within the complex.The complex is being developed by Agung Sedayu Group. Most of the buildings in the complex are topped out by January, 2017. The first Langham Hotel and Residence in South East Asia will be located in the complex.
A serviced apartment building will be operated by Oakwood. Treasury Tower, which is located within this complex is currently the 2nd tallest building in Jakarta.
