Brannan and The Embarcadero station (sometimes titled as The Embarcadero and Brannan Street) is a light rail station on the San Francisco Municipal Railway Muni Metro system located in the median of The Embarcadero in the South Beach area of San Francisco, California. It opened in 1998 as part of the Muni Metro Extension project. The station consists of a high level island platform for Muni Metro trains, plus smaller side platforms for E Embarcadero historic streetcar service.
