"ECS Group LP is a property and construction consultancy established in 2009 with offices in Hamilton and Auckland.ECS is a multi-disciplinary practice, led by Directors Jason Smith and Mike Gibbon, who themselves have extensive experience in the construction industry. Both come from long careers in Quantity Surveying and Project Management, and combine to provide Development Management services to clients, evaluating property opportunities, highlighting and managing risks & providing a professional undertaking of the steps to complete a development to maximise the financial rewards for the owner.
The staff of ECS has significant experience in Quantity Surveying, Project and Development Management, Asset Delivery, Building Surveying, Tenancy Co-ordination and Client Representation over a number of years and on dozens of varied projects. These range from high-rise commercial buildings and multi-unit residential developments to industrial warehouses, hotels and retail stores.
