Rachel first discovered Pilates in 2005 at Temple University in Philadelphia where it was a part of the dance department curriculum. While at Temple she studied Pilates on the apparatus under the private tutelage of David Seth Fink and mat Pilates under Jennifer Morley. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in modern dance and decided to pursue a career in Pilates after graduation.
