Warradale is a suburb of Adelaide in the City of Marion. The name Warradale derives from Warra, an Aboriginal word for timber). The suburb is located in the south western part of Adelaide, approximately 12 kilometers from the CBD, and is serviced by the Seaford-Tonsley train line and several main roads. Some parts of Warradale lie within the Brighton High School zone and other parts in Seaview High's and Hamilton High's zones. Hamilton's zone North of railway line: odd numbers on Sixth Avenue, Brighton's zone: even numbers of Sixth Avenue, Seaview High has the remainder of the suburb.
