Info

Abraham Lincoln High School (shortened to Lincoln High, Lincoln, or L.H.S.) is a former public high school in Seattle, Washington, part of the Seattle Public Schools district and named in honor of Abraham Lincoln, the 16th President of the United States.
The voter-approved Building Excellence (BEX IV) initiative of February 2013, is set to see Lincoln High return and reopen as a comprehensive public high school for the surrounding area of Seattle in the fall of 2019.
Previously, the old school building housed the North Seattle site for the Highly Capable Cohort, known as Cascadia Elementary, for Seattle's academically highly gifted students. It is also the temporary home of an 18-21 transition program and Licton Springs K-8, an alternative school program.
