Close to 1,000 people attended the 12th Annual Lew Blond Memorial 5K Run/Walk, 1 Mile Run on May 21, 2011 at Maple School. The event was organized 12 years ago to memorialize Lew Blond, beloved Maple School teacher, who passed away from ALS in February
