Sakuho (佐久穂町, Sakuho-machi) is a town located in Minamisaku District in south-central Nagano Prefecture, in the Chūbu region of Japan. As of 1 October 2016, the town had an estimated population of 11,091 and a population density of 58.9 persons per km². Its total area was 188.15 square kilometres (72.65 sq mi).
