Ambedkar Institute of Advanced Communication Technologies and Research (abbreviated AIACTR or AIT Delhi) is a public engineering college located in Geeta Colony, Delhi. It was established in 2001 by the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi. It is developing as a Centre of Excellence imparting technical education in the field of engineering. It is affiliated to the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
To cater to the needs of technical education due to the growth of manpower, AIACTR was started in 2001 with 30 intakes each in CSE (Computer Science and Engineering) and ECE (Electronics and Communication Engineering) branch. Its first batch graduated in 2005.
