The Chapel of SS. Faith, Hope & Charity is a Roman Catholic parish church under the authority of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of New York, located at Park Avenue at 58th Street in Manhattan, New York City. The parish was established in 1958 at Park Avenue at 59th Street until relocating to its final location at Park Avenue at 58th Street in 1978; the parish closed in 1986 and is now served by a chapel in St. Patrick's Cathedral (New York).
